BACKROOM TABLE LOTS (BEGINS APROX 3pm)
NOTE: We MAY not conduct the backroom auctions at this special high-end event. Check back just before the auction.

The entire auction is being sold ABSOLUTE with no minimums and no Buyers Premium. Bring your trucks! Delivery for hire also.

Note: An "absolute" auction is one in which the item will be sold to the highest bidder. There will be no minimum opening price or required price to be met on items sold absolute. A buyers premium is a fee, usually a percentage, many auctioneers add to the buyers final bill. It is a revenue enhancement method some auctioneers use to earn more money. There is no BP, as it is called, on this auction.

Sold the Way You Like

No Reserves, No Minimums

AND No Buyer's Fees

We operate a rather fast paced auction so we can get all the good stuff sold between 10am and 3pm.  When we are having the backroom table lots we like to get started on them about 3pm so everyone can get home early.

On the main 10am auction we will try to sell requests early so you don't have to wait hours for just one item. We don't mind if you want to start the bidding low. Besides its not where it starts that is important; it's where it ends!  Also we won't waste your time with lectures and we won't try to start the price up high and come down to nothing just to see it go back up. (It's a waste of time, everything starts low)

For people who can't attend the auction: Absentee bids are treated like a proxy bid and bought at the lowest bid up to the amount offered. For example, if you leave instructions to buy a lot for up to $100.00 and the bidding stops at $60.00. Then that is your bid, $60.00. Tie bids go to the person on the floor. All items including absentee bid items must be removed from the building by Monday 6pm after the auction.

Note to Out of town people and new buyers: Please bring a Visa/MC to guarantee your checks !!

Come enjoy!
